Who - Andy, Dan, Henry, Ron

- We had new participant. Andy Roman
- Dan worked with Andy on suburi and kihon
- Henry and Ron worked on Kumitachi 1 + 2
- During kumitachi, there's a moment right before the 3rd step where it's equal opportunity. He can strike, you can strike. There should be tension in the knees and your focus should be with the intent to strike
- If you're shidachi in Kumitachi 1, remember when drawing your sword to keep your elbow out of the way of the uchidachi's sword
- Both partners should be following the uchidachi's timing. If you're uchidachi, make sure you're adamant with your pace.
- When you go into jodan in kumchitachi 2, make sure the sword is upwards at a 45 degree angle.
