Daiki - tsuburito practice to help strengthen wrists and get more forearm strength
Kata -
Andy
a) More purpose, and stop breaking it down in your head so much. When you do kata, you do kata, when you practice, your practice.
b) When you move into seigan, you do it nice and slow, not abruptly
c) During the parry on kata 3, make sure the habaki is close to your center line. It's much more stable for the cut about to come down on your head.
Daiki
a) Slow down.
b) on kata 5, bigger wind after the cuts
c) Look and cut.
side note -
