Who - Henry, Julie

For Julie
Kihon -
a) don't go too fast
b) keep you intent and focus, as if someone is in front of you

Kata -
a) at the beginning of the shoden kata, the walk up to jodan should be smooth, natural
b) make big cuts, make sure your kesa giri is within your back foot.
c) when you step back into seigan, try to move your kissaki the least amount as possible
d) when stepping back keep your head leveled, don't bounce up and down
e) when doing sui hei, step back with your right foot, and wind big after the cut in sanbonmae

a) at the beginning of chuden kata, when doing nukitsuke, don't swing too wide that you're open
b) nice even steps, and keep your focus and intent forward at your enemy
c) big cut!

Henry
Kata - other than minor points, you're starting to get sloppy again with transitions. After the cuts, seigan, chiburi noto etc, you're just rushing through now, that is as much part of the kata as the other parts. Keep your focus and try to maintain that composure. Also try to open your shoulders and relax!
