1000 Cuts for the New Years

So, here's the low-down for what went on for Monday's class.  Check the bullet points:

• Finally got around to doing our 1000 cuts for the New Year.  We made sure to have everyone that was supposed to show up for Monday's class show up before we started.  Need to make sure not to lose focus on what's going on with training during class.  I still can't remember the previous years of doing 1000 cuts when our class was much smaller.  It must have been such a nightmare that I've blocked out such memories...  It didn't seem so bad this time around though.  Can't speak for the others...
  

• Tameshigiri today.  Not too bad Rondell.  As for the others that cut, there were certainly some interesting cutting going on.  Laughs were had.  Wowing at the "lightsaber".  Unusual cuts that could only be done with a kotetsu.
  

• It's official, Dan's wakizashi can now cut through tatami!  Thanks to Kyle for making that possible.  It's almost as sharp as Ron's wakizashi now. =)
