Who - Henry, Kyle, Neil
This goes for both kyle and neil
Iai Goshi -
a) step into iai goshi with intent
b) nice and smooth
Batto -
a) push not pull
b) saya biki!!!!
c) left hand should be waiting for the handle at the end of the draw
Chudan kamae -
a) shoulders back, chest out
b) tip of sword is throat high
c) end of the handle is a fist and a half away from your belly button
Cuts -
a) remember what you're cutting
b) cut straight lines
c) reach out and cut
d) big cuts
e) breathe!
Chiburi -
a) right hand is between the height of the shoulder and hips
b) point should be along the line of the front foot
c) left hand should be right at the obi, with fingertips closed
d) with intention
Noto -
a) if you mess up start over
b) keep the handle leveled, dont let the handle go up and down
c) saya goes to the sword, not the other way around
