Who - Henry, Kyle, and Vincent

Suburi - you can practice suburi in a way where you start with your sword way back. When you swing, swing it from your core by pulling with your abs. Try to make the hasuji sharpest above your head but see if you can make it carry through all the way til the end of the cut. Most important thing is to use your center!

Conditioning -
Squatting cuts
Feet switch cutting
Hasso walking
Tsubame walking
Lunges

Kata -
Kyle
a) shoulders back, head back, not for just seigan, through the whole thing
b) reach out with your cuts
c) make sure your parry for kata 3 is in front of you, not above you

Henry -
a) slow down at the end
b) composure!

Vincent
a) break it down, don't try to go so fast
b) relax!!!
c) swing out and reachhhhhh
