who - Dan, Henry, Andy, Daiki, Ron
Warmed up and went straight to cutting
Daiki -
1) Godan giri
a) needs to lower hips. Hands should not be lower than the hips
b) breathe, slow down, take your time
2) Godan giri
a) same as above
3) Rokudan giri
a) just have to practice spacing
Ron
1) Rokudan giri
a) angles are a bit shallow, other wise good
2) Inazuma
a) use the hips to drop for the third cut, make sure it cuts down steeply rather than the side

1) Godan giri
a) need to zip through the cuts on sui hei
2) Godan giri
a) same as before, however frozen tatami can be difficult to cut
3) Rokudan giri
a) sui hei.......was a bit of a problem

1) Rokudan giri
a) angles are a bit steep, and aim seems to be off
2) Rokudan giri
a) a bit better but at least sui hei is consistent
