Who - Henry, Andy, Ron
Started off with big suburi. This helps to throw with the abs rather than the shoulders
I worked on kata with Ron
Henry worked on kata with Andy
Ron - Kata
1) Nice improvement in steps but not there yet
2) Don't lean into nukitsuke
3) Reach out and cut
4) Listen to where your hasuji is, it should be over your head not in front of it
5) Pressure and intent!
We did some movement drills from side to side and cutting and stepping at the same time
Gekken - 3 minute matches
a) know your distance
b) don't give up on if you miss
c) relax and have fun
