Shoden kata
a) shoden kata is seitei kata, so the noto is the type where the sword is fully into the saya before you step up
b) in shoden kata 2, and 4 there is pauses when you come up to jodan
c) slow down and take your time, remember the 3 second count after each movement during seigan and zanshin
d) after doing sui hei, it's the right foot that moves not the left foot
e) remember not to lean too much, and your base should be planted firmly
