Who - Dan, Henry, Ron, Daiki, Andy
Ron worked on Tsubame gaeshi and Shoden seitei kata
a) remember to let the sword swing on it;s own,
b) float and snatch
Henry worked with Daiki on remember Toyama Kata
Dan was late
Andy worked on suburi and Toyama kata 1
a) remember in kata where your target is and what you're reacting to
b) nice and slow
c) calm yourself and breathe

a) too much power for sui hei, learn to make it more compact
