Who - Dan, Ron
Worked on Kata
Dan - went over gunto toho
a) remember the stance is back leg straight, and bend the front knee enough where you can't see your toes
b) bigger swings
c) when you step back, it's right foot first
Ron - worked on chuden sei tei kata
a) remember to have a nice steady rhythm. Builds up...and then crashes down, and repeat
b) breathe
c) relax your kamae. You're not supposed to look angry and give off i'm angry vibes. Drop your shoulders and relax
d) big cuts
e) try not to bounce up and down when you step. Stay nice and leveled
f) make your steps even
g) apply pressure to move forward!
