Who - Toshi, Julie, Henry, and Lillian
Henry worked with Lillian on suburi and shoden kata 1-2
Toshi and Julie learned nukitsuke.
nukitsuke -
a) no saya noise during batto or noto
b) use the hips to cut nukitsuke not the hand
c) use the natural forward momentum to power the hips
d) SAYABIKI!!!
e) when going to seigan after performing nukitsuke, do not move your point back. Forward pressure!
f) keep your back straight all the way through the cut

a) If you make a mistake, dont show it! Improvise and follow through.
b) Always perform kata as if you're doing embu
