*Lillian got to start practicing with iaito
*Julie san got a shorter iaito

suburi -
a) don't raise your heel of your backfoot up too high on gyaku kesa, it can come out to the side but not come up
b) don't let the point finish too high after gyaku kesa
c) relax your shoulders!
d) don't lean forward into your cut, keep your head and shoulders back
e) seigan needs to be a long big stance, some people seigan is really short

kata -
a) smooth transitions
b) big cuts
c) time the cuts with kiai
d) try to stay leveled instead of bouncing up and down

today did some gekken as well -
a) remember the basics from kihon//suburi/kata are all there for a reason. If those things are not implemented then it will be taken advantage of.
b) have fun
c) try different attacks and waza
